Just a note to let you know that last week, we opened our LiveTextChat Order Processing Center, where a small staff of Text Agents will process Sales Orders and Appointments for clients using text messaging.
As an example, if someone texts gomoco to 57394, one of our Text Agents will process the request for an Appointment or Sales Order on behalf of the client using text messaging.
We are starting with a Pay for Performance Model where we get paid a predetermined sales commission ONLY if we successfully book an Appointment or Sales Order.

Appointment Reminders – text messages are sent to remind consumers of their Service Appointment
Scheduling new dates for Missed Appointments – 40% to 50% of the consumers use text chat to reschedule the date/time of their missed appointment
Service Confirmations – up to 75% of the customers use texting to approve the purchase of products and services related to their car service – the dealers no longer have to spend time trying to get confirmations via the phone, and the customers LOVE the convenience.
Customer Satisfaction Survey – up to 25% of the consumers are responding to customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback via text message – Satisfaction Surveys are the drivers of success and profitability of the Dealerships, as they are compensated by the Manufacturer based on survey results.
New Car Sales – customers use texting to inquire about a car, their trade in value, obtain monthly payment estimates, as well as schedule a visit for a test drive, helping to increase sales.
